This nectar is a 100% Negroamaro planted in the province of Brindisi. The grapes ferment in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, and then the divine nectar ages in steel tanks for four months. Salute!

Appearance

The wine has a delicate pink color with coppery shades. The intensity is pale.

Nose

The aroma intensity is medium. In the glass, there are hints of crunchy red wild berries and floral fragrance of rose.

Palate

In the mouth, the wine is dry with medium high level of acidity. On the palate, the flavor intensity is medium plus. The red fruit is riper, remembering a succulent strawberry. Balsamic hints of grass and a pinch of pink pepper enrich the aromatic palette. The lasting is medium with the mineral notes at the end.

Conclusion

A nice rose to wash down a seafood lunch. The aromatic palette is quite simple, including hints of red fruit, pink pepper and balsamic notes of grass. At the nose it is quite shy, while at the palate cheers our senses up. The texture is pure indulgence.
